Those with experienced or highly performance: Railways that have completed acceptance within 10 years prior to the bidding date (based on the date of completion of the acceptance) Railway Engineering (including Transit projects, High-Speed Railway projects etc.), the amount of a single contract is not less than the pre-calculated amount of 2/5 or the accumulated contract amount is not less than the budget amount of the procurement. 2. Financial statement The amount of contributed capital is not less than one tenth of the budgeted amount of the tender, or is signed by an accountant. Certificate or auditing authority to verify the financial report of the previous fiscal year or the most recent year and meet the following criteria: A. The equity is not less than one-twelfth of the budgeted amount of the tender. B. Current assets are not less than current liabilities. C. The total amount of debt does not exceed four times the equity. |
